Situated on the edge of the Las Dunas de Carib Playa National Park, this apartment is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Marbella, with numerous championship Golf Courses within a short drive. The best beach on the Marbella coast is 100 metres from the complex and has miles of lovely dunes & fine sands with magnificent views to the African coast and Gibraltar. Within a short walk along the beach, is Puerto Cabopino, a picturesque port with many bars and restaurants. If that is not enough, there are several bars and restaurants within easy walking distance of the complex. Las Dunas de Carib Playa is an enclosed and secure urbanisation consisting of two 4-story apartment blocks, two pools (one of which is a children's pool) and plenty of garden space for sunbathing.
There are remote-controlled electrically operated gates giving access to the underground car parking, and the apartment has its own parking space with direct lift access to the front door. A camera/TV security entrance system is fitted with remote control of the outside gates. Malaga airport is around 30 minutes by car, Marbella centre is around 10 minutes by car. A car is recommended although there is a supermarket and bars/restaurants nearby, and easy access to the bus route between Marbella and Fuengirola. Situated in a very affluent area of Marbella, the urbanization is surrounded by luxury villas and apartments.
The large terrace features a 3-seater sofa, two patio chairs and a coffee table, ideal for enjoying al fresco dining. Inside the apartment, the modern air-conditioned lounge has a very comfortable suite and a modern dining table with 6 chairs. Large screen LCD TV, DVD and surround sound systems are provided, as well as Playstation 2. For winter guests there is a working electric fireplace as well as central heating.
The kitchen/utility room is fitted with all the modern appliances for self-catering, including electric oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, bread-maker and automatic cappuccino maker. There is one bedroom with a king-size bed (150cm), one bedroom with two single-beds (each 90cm) and one bedroom with a bunk bed (90cm).
